I have never had Eczema or Psoriasis i felt disgusting and hopeless, nothing seemed to work!
it actually took me 3 months of research!
- allergies can cause eczema (my case seems to be pollen and certain foods)
- your immune system deteriorate not being able to fight the free radicals and toxin thus your skin reacting
- certain chemical can cause reactions since the skin is at a very sensitive state. (fabric softeners, lotions, etc)
-
In conclusion eczema and Psoriasis is an internal problem and needs to be healed from the inside out! you need a healthy way to heal it. Don’t take allergy medicines or put on cream those are temporary solutions not permanent!
how I got rid of it?
- cleans your body from toxins ( i did a 3 day body cleanse by eating vegetables and fruits)
- add some vinegar into your water, i’ll help clear out your system. add a table spoon of your favorite organic vinegar
- stay away from food certain types of food which cause Eczema and psoriasis to appear (list in mentioned in the youtube video)
- use chemical free, paraben free, and sensitive skin skin products as well as makeup products.
- (optional) purchase a air purifier and clean the air your breath everyday!
- clean your room, dust, dander (From animals) and pollen can cause itchiness and irration to the skin!
- take your vitamins! (i take the Flinstone vitamins) build up your immune system!
- and finally exercise! it might sound cliche! but exercise cleans out your system, pumps yours blood, it strengthens your body (immune system) and lots of good natural chemical to your body!

I am having the same problem too. I have red patches mainly on my forehead. I started when I was allergic to a product. I apply this cream my doctor recommend, but it doesn’t seem to work this time. Going to see the doctor tomorrow and I hope she recommend a dermatologist to me.

Hi Elisa, thanks for this video, although I was drinking those Korean vinegar drinks for a while until I one day looked at the label and noticed they had High Fructose Corn Syrup in them, which is very very bad. Do you know of any Korean organic vinegar drinks out there?
yeah if you don’t feel comfortable with the high fructose corn syrup! taking organic vinegar would be the best choice! is not gonna taste as good tho :/
